My perfect weekend:
A coffee and the Irish Times in bed followed by a walk on the beach with my husband Sean and the dog or if the kids are feeling energetic, a brisk hike to the top of the little Sugarloaf. The views! After all the virtuous outdoor activity I’d love a long and leisurely meal at home with family and friends.

My favourite restaurant:
For fun and atmosphere I like Platform Pizza. For a lovely glass of wine and some nibbles, Pielows (Cabinteely) delivers but what I like the most is entertaining at home or being entertained at a friend’s house.
My passion:
Interior design. I love decorating and furnishing my home. If I have no projects on myself, I love offering advice to family and friends. It’s also more fun to spend someone else’s money!
